This was a commercial to residential conversion in the City of Santa Barbara. The change of use required property-wide sprinklers, new water meters, upgraded power systems, seismic and fire prevention upgrades, solar panels, and communal space improvements.

I was responsible for coordinating engineering consultants and guiding the project through the arduous planning and permitting process, working with the building, fire, and public works departments.
