Laureles is a 4-unit commercial-to-residential conversion in the City of Santa Barbara. The change of use required property-wide sprinklers, new water meters, upgraded power systems, seismic and fire-separation upgrades, and solar panels. The scope also included renovations to the commercial spaces and upgraded communal areas for the new residential tenants.

I was responsible for coordinating engineers and guiding the project through the planning and permitting process, working with the building, fire, and public works departments.
