It started as a side project with a bit of traction.

While we were building out landing pages and a postcard mailing product, I did some usability testing. The checkout page was mentioned twice, we fixed that. Everyone was making and getting their pdfs from different places, different apps.

A few weeks later Gary was sending multiple letters in quick succession.

So, I spoke with Gary.

The takeaway was building a dashboard where letters were imported through integrations like Quickbooks. I made a wireframe, and we decided to build it.

I wrote the html/css for this project. I'm also familiar with terminal/git/js; these days I'm using Claude to run everything.
