It started as a side project with a bit of traction.

I did some in-person usability testing in the beginning... it was not particularly productive.

But sometimes the path is obvious. This cycle started because Gary was sending multiple letters in quick succession.

So, I spoke with Gary.

The takeaway was building a dashboard where letters were imported through integrations like Quickbooks. I made a wireframe, and we decided to build it.

I can do the basics in terminal and git.
